On September 27-28, we invite you to our energy-filled fitness weekend for women of all ages. Enjoy a weekend filled with energy, health and joy and shake it together with competition dancer Cecilia Ehrling. Let your body enjoy healthy and fantastic food composed by diet counselor Diana Lahdo who also is the organizer of the weekend's events. Together we try different workouts that are all filled with joy and motivation. All in our wonderful castle setting close to nature and the fantastic view of the ocean.
